Set straight by students

Five brave middle school students joined the Vital Signs development team at Kettle Cove in Cape Elizabeth on a summery afternoon for a quick paper prototype test of the data collection protocol, datasheet, and species cards. Their detailed comments and great ideas are being incorporated in the next iteration of prototypes that will be further tested in classrooms this fall. We plan to call on these young, expert critics again as testing opportunities arise. They're good. Really good. Could this be our first Student Advisory Team?

Ice cream all around for an afternoon of loosestrife, photo opps, and hard fun.
