DMR checks in

Pete Thayer of the Department of Marine Resources (and the Maine Marine Invasive Species Working Group) called this morning to find out the latest on Vital Signs. He wants to share our successes with the Northeast Aquatic Nuisance Species Panel (a very big deal).

Specifically, he wanted to know how many teachers and students are participating and if anything interesting had been found during the fall field season. Sarah K told him about the probable Didemnum sighting at Falmouth Town Landing by Sharp Eye Plummer and his student investigators. Pete's interest was piqued!....
